Ryan Wolfington has been selected by the USTA-Nevada board of Directors to be their new Executive Director.

"Ryan's significant experience in both tennis and corporate america made him a perfect fit for our organization,." said USTA-Nnevada President Tim Blenkiron. "His passion for tennis and making things happen we hope will take the organization to another level."

Ryan was the founder of VegasTennis.com's Marty Hennessy's Junior Tennis Foundation, As Co-Founder with Marty Hennessy and volunteer Executive Director over 5 years he helped obtain the support from entertainers Tony Bennett, Clint Holmes, Frankie Avalon, Rita Rudner, Mosaic and Jay Leno to raise over a million dollars for at risk youth.

Prior to entering the Tennis/Non-Profit world Ryan was a senior executive and President in a firm that acquired and restructured small to mid-size companies. During this time Ryan's responsibilities included business development, operations, marketing, PR, management, seeking out mergers and acquisitions, sales, strategic planning, and creating and overseeing the road show for both public offerings. Ryan started with the firm as protege to the Chairman of the Board and CEO and over 7 years learned a great deal from his mentor Brian O'Neill. His last 3 years were spent as President of Casino Money Centers, which he created from scratch, and under his management, grew to 85 employees with 7 offices nationwide.

In 1997 Ryan's desire to live a healthier lifestyle prompted his interest in tennis. He has written hundreds of articles for tennis publications including Inside Tennis/Tennis Life and marketed events; Tennis Channel Open, Serena Williams and Bryan Brothers pro-ams. Working with Mr. Agassi he founded the Mike Agassi "NO QUIT" National Championships, Young Guns National level 5 and Nevada Tennis Hall of Fame.

Wolfington served as President of USTA-Nevada, USTA National MPC committee and Chair of the section marketing committee before becoming Executive Director. In his first two years as ED Nevada's USTA office had the largest fundraising and net profit in the organizations history by two and half times.
